Our clients are most important to us. We all strive to make our clients satisfied and fulfill their demands by realizing complex services.

Meeting the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2000 norm and consistent improvement of the introduced system of quality are the main assets of our pro-quality policy.

Our main aims are :

  • Client's satisfaction which is achieved through prompt realisation of services, which are always in accordance with our client's demands,
  • Conformity with technical standards, legality and client's internal norms, which are achieved by means of constant control of legal articles. All work is done by workers holding the right qualifications,
  • Constant improvement of the quality and level of services are achieved by the appropriate personal policy, modernizing equipment and applying advanced IT Technologies.

Realizing the above mentioned aims is based on our workers' extensive knowledge and abilities supported by modern technological and technical equipment and software. We are aware of the fact that all the company workers are responsible for the quality which should always fulfill our clients demands and expectations.

Realizing strategical aims is based on operational aims estimated during the check-up of the quality system made by the authorities, constant improvement of the realised processes and regular improvement of our workers' qualifications. We also regularly update our equipment and software and verify the suppliers of materials and services.

Estimating the quality aims, metres and their values but also monitioring the realisation of the set goals takes place in our company. This is the basis for the constant improvement of the quality management and, in effect, fulfillment of the primary aims, the most important of them being Client's satisfaction.
