Renovation and Investment Plant was established in 1993 due to the transformation of the organisational unit of Azoty Tarnów existing since 1952. In 2005 Renovation and Investment Plant, limited liability and the company changed its name into ZWRI, limited liability company.
SOWI was an independent economic subject till the year 1977, when it was incorporated into the structure of Azoty company and its name was changed into ZWRI. The company has its seat in the owner's area.
The economic transformations in the country at the turn of the 90s reached Azoty company, which decided to reorganize its structure. On 2nd November 1993, following the decision of the members of the board, ZWRI was transformed into a company with limited liability with the complete share of Azoty company.
The company was registered on 4th January 2002 in the Register of Businesses with the number 0000074630 by the regional Cracow court, 12th Economic Department.
The effect of the company activity is visible in many industrial installations around Azoty, and other infrastructures such as: schools, sports halls, indoor swimming pool, the community centre, blocks of flats, holiday centres, hotels, sale salons, and other specialist services.

- Designing and carrying out general, industrial and housing building, industry work, services in building branches, monteering, industrial, sanitary and electrical installations,
- Services in measurement, teletechnics and road engineering,
- Completion of investments,
- Supervising of building and monteering works,
- Providing services with the usage of heavy equipment and building machines.
